Situated in the centre of Corbridge, this prestigious development of 14 apartments within landscaped grounds also has a basement car park. Our engineers provided a full civil and structural design service which included a sophisticated pile design for the basement retaining wall and ground floor transfer slab. This followed a detailed site remediation exercise as a result of the site formerly being a filling station. Our remit also included a review of ground investigation information and design of stair core substructure and superstructure as well as external works. We provided technical support to the contract administrator during the construction phase.
