Careers

BT Bell are a medium sized civil and structural engineering practice based in the attractive market town of Hexham, Northumberland. Despite our rural location we are working on significant civil and structural projects across the UK and the rest of the world.

Why work with us?

At BT Bell we invest in new technologies, software and most importantly, our staff. Our business relies upon the quality of our staff and we are always looking for the best.

Our clients include British Aerospace, Komatsu, Tarmac, The National Trust, Siemens and Norbord to name just a few world leading companies, with projects across the UK and globally.

Our engineers are trained in line with the ICE training agreement and we encourage and support all of our staff to achieve their potential and professional status.

All of our staff remain long-term employees and we attract staff for a career and not a short term project. We have a relaxed but dynamic approach to our business and we empower our staff to take their career in any direction that allows them to develop as an engineer.

Whilst we may not always advertise vacancies, we are always interested in employing the best in the industry.

If you are interested in working with us please apply directly.
