We were involved in this award winning development throughout the pre-planning and concept stages through to project completion. Our remit for this new four storey office block incorporating two wings and a central quadrant included design of foundations, retaining walls and other substrutures, underground drainage design, development of the steel frame and suspended composite concrete floors, roof structure and a full external works package. The building is clad in a stone finish precast concrete panel with extensive glazing and exposed columns in glued laminated timber.
