Previously occupied by two detached bungalows, the site at Snow’s Green Road in Shotley Bridge was an engineering challenge. The proposals included two new blocks each containing fifteen luxury apartments on three floors.

Orchard Court
Situated in the centre of Corbridge, this prestigious development of 14 apartments within landscaped grounds also has a basement car park.
Castle Garth
Built during the 1930’s this large ‘arts and crafts’ style house within view of Bamburgh Castle had become run-down. This development brought the house up to modern standards and added a new wing resulting in 8 apartments with stunning sea views.
Cloud Hill
The quarry at Cloud Hill in Leicestershire is an extensive operation which supplies aggregates to the Midlands area.
Cardewmires
Cardewmires is an operational sand and gravel quarry located in Cumbria. We provided full services for the installation of a new and extended aggregate screening plant for the site.
Norbord, Inverness
